Cancellation Policy
TLM Travel Solutions – Antigua Seamless VIP Arrival Booking & Payment Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your VIP Arrival Experience. Prices are quoted in USD and based on per person unless otherwise noted. Packages can be customized for solo travelers or families upon request. Booking Fee An 18% non-refundable booking fee applies to all reservations. This fee secures your spot, covers administrative costs, and guarantees the seamless execution of your arrival and departure experience. Cancellation & Changes 20% of the total booking is non-refundable upon reservation. For cancellations within 7 days of the scheduled service, no refunds are provided. Change requests after confirmation are subject to a $35 administrative fee and must be approved in advance. Travel Requirements & Responsibilities Clients are responsible for valid travel documents, visas, and any health requirements. Children under 12 travel free for transfers and are included automatically in the booking. Liability & Insurance TLM Travel Solutions acts as your travel concierge. While we coordinate and guarantee premium services, we recommend guests secure travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances. We are not liable for delays, personal injury, or property damage during your experience. Special Notes Executive Lounge access, add-ons, and private services are optional and priced per person as noted. Services outside normal operating hours may incur additional fees. All payments are final and secure your VIP experience.
