The twin-island paradise provides the perfect backdrop — sun-kissed beaches, turquoise waters, lush tropical landscapes, and historic landmarks — ensuring every image and piece of content reflects the essence of your experience. Each session is private and thoughtfully curated. Your lead photographer provides posing guidance, creative direction, and content planning to ensure you look your best while creating versatile imagery. The focus is on capturing real moments — laughter, love, joy, and presence — in a cinematic and timeless style. Professionally edited images and content are delivered digitally, creating keepsakes you’ll treasure and share long after your journey ends. Optional Add-Ons: Golden Hour Session ($200): Extra 30 minutes during sunset for cinematic, warm-light shots. Drone Photography ($300): Stunning aerial perspectives of beaches, resorts, and landscapes. Outfit Change ($150): Bring a second outfit for diverse, high-fashion photos. Cinematic Video & Content Package ($350): 1–2 minute professionally edited video + social-ready content for Instagram, Reels, TikTok, or personal use. Private Transfer ($100): Comfortable transport to select scenic locations for maximum convenience. Island Storytellers is available exclusively to TLM Travel Solutions clients and can be seamlessly added to your vacation package, offering a refined and stress-free way to preserve your memories and create professional content. Price: Custom pricing applies Notes: Add-ons are optional and can be combined to customize your experience. Final pricing = Base experience (custom) + selected add-ons. All images and content are delivered digitally. Locations, session length, and add-on availability may vary depending on scheduling and weather.
Cancellation Policy
Island Storytellers – Booking & Deposit Policy A non-refundable deposit of 40% is required to secure your session, confirming date, location, and photographer. Earliest booking: up to 12 months in advance. Latest: minimum 7 days before the session. For last-minute bookings under 7 days, clients must contact TLM Travel Solutions directly to confirm availability and payment. Final payment: due 14 days prior for bookings over 14 days out. For bookings within 14 days, full payment may be required at booking or as agreed with the photographer. Sessions are only secured once payment arrangements are confirmed. Pricing for the base session and optional add-ons (Golden Hour $200, Drone $300, Outfit Change $150, Video & Content $350, Private Transfer $100) is customized per client. Add-ons are optional. Cancellations: 7+ days before = reschedule once. Less than 7 days = deposit forfeited. Rescheduling within 7 days = subject to availability and new deposit. Weather & locations: Sessions may be rescheduled due to unsafe or poor weather. Locations may be adjusted for optimal results. Deliverables & Media Release: Edited images and content delivered digitally within 7–14 business days. All content is for personal use. By booking, you grant TLM Travel Solutions permission to use select images for promotion, unless you opt out in writing (Media Release Form available). Force Majeure: TLM Travel Solutions and the photographer are not responsible for delays or cancellations due to events beyond our control, including extreme weather or emergencies. Deposits and payments apply to rescheduled dates. Client responsibilities: Arrive on time and prepared; additional requests may affect timing and fees.
