Cancellation Policy

ISLAND ESSENCE – BOOKING & REFUND POLICY Booking Window Earliest booking: 30 days (1 month) before the session Latest standard booking: 4 days before the session Rush bookings: 0–4 days before session, subject to availability Paid in full at booking Non-refundable $100 rush fee applies Client Self-Service Cancel online: up to 48 hours before the session Reschedule online: up to 72 hours (3 days) before the session for standard bookings Rush bookings cannot be rescheduled Payment & Deposit Full session fee is charged at the time of booking A valid card on file is required for all bookings After 24 hours, 50% of the total amount paid is retained as a non-refundable deposit to secure your experience The remaining 50% is refundable according to the cancellation window below Cancellation & Refunds Within 24 hours of booking: Full refund More than 24 hours before service but at least 48 hours prior: 50% retained Less than 48 hours before service / no-show: 100% retained Rush bookings (0–4 days before service): Paid in full and non-refundable
